At lunchtime the House Captains organised a 'Cake Day'. This involves just a few classes, they bring cakes to sell for 50 cents each. The money goes towards upgrading the school hall. This was the first one of the year and there will be others organised in each term.

I asked Angeline what she thought of the cakes. "l bought a lolly cake and a cake with icing on top. I thought that there had been a lot of work gone into the decoration. They both tasted delicious!"

The House Captains raised $240.50 which was very impressive, especially when the cakes went on sale during lunchtime.
