Macleans Primary School uses School Docs to host the school’s policies. These policies and procedures are updated systematically on a regular review cycle. 

Username = macleansprimary

Password = macleans

School Docs provides a comprehensive core set of policies and procedures that are tailored to the needs of Macleans Primary School. School Docs updates, modifies and creates policies in response to changes in legislation or Ministry guidelines, significant events, reviews/requests from schools and regular reviews.

If you would like to participate in reviewing the policies, please follow the instructions below:

• Click on the green SchoolDocs logo above and use the login details provided to access the policies on our School Docs site.
• Scroll down and click on Review Instructions.
• Select the appropriate policy you would like to review, click the link and read the policy.
• Click the Policy Review icon in the top right-hand corner of the page.
• Select the Type of Reviewer you are “Parent/Caregiver”, enter your name and click Login.
• Enter your ratings and comments, and submit your review.
